Transforming Employee Communication to Improve Participation, Decrease Workload and Demonstrate Value

It’s never been more challenging to be an internal communicator. But the same factors that create obstacles also present an opportunity to make radical changes to the employee communication function—to transform communication into a process that’s useful to employees and valuable to senior management. It’s time to discard the old news-dissemination model, and build a new approach that engages employees so that they understand what’s expected of them and are ready to take action. This intensive workshop won’t just provide content to participants—it will let them experience the new approach and apply it immediately to their own work.
