Keeping Key Focused Through the Financial Meltdown
Throughout the unprecedented collapse of the U.S. financial services industry, KeyBank mobilized a diverse and multi-functional team of communicators to keep the organization focused on clients, its mission, and employees to help them understand and get context on the turmoil in the markets. In this session, the communications team at KeyBank will provide a case study on the effort that led to a level of coordination and consistency of message Key had not experienced in the past, increased transparency within the organization, and earned a Chairman’s award in 2009.
