Tamara L. Gillis, Ed.D., ABC
13 Axioms for Surviving Interesting Times

Based on a survey of IABC international leadership and recent IABC
sponsored research, there are 13 axioms that drive communication success
and a communicator’s ability to ride out these unsettling time. While
these recent times have tested communicators and their clients and
employers, it is in these times that our skills are put to the test. It
is a time to return to our base functions and core competencies. This
study is based on a survey of IABC thought leaders and is the
preliminary research for an IABC book project.
